Transportation infrastructure in Bet Shemesh is being upgraded to improve connectivity and accessibility. The "Accelerator" project, approved in November 2024 with a budget of 1 billion shekels, includes the construction of bus lanes, bike paths, smart traffic lights, and advanced bus stops with real-time information displays. Bus services within the settlement are operated by Tnufa and Beit Shemesh Express, providing routes to Jerusalem and other destinations. The Beit Shemesh railway station offers hourly service on the Herzliya–Lod–Jerusalem line, facilitating efficient travel to and from the settlement.
